Custom Frames:

Custom made frames are made to your individual requirements and therefore cannot be exchanged or refunded for any reason. If you are unsure about measuring the sizes of your picture we recommend that you contact us prior to ordering.

Whilst our images are accurate, the colour of the frames may appear slightly different on monitors, if you are unsure about the colour of the finish of the frame we recommend that you order a sample prior to ordering your frame. The frames are made to order your specifications and cannot be exchanged or refunded if you are unhappy with the colour.  

Please note that some of the products lists as ‘standard sizes’ are also custom made to your requirements and are also not returnable or exchangeable.

 

Swept Frames:

Swept frames are ordered from our supplier specifically for you, if you wish to return them they must be returned within 7 days of delivery. They need to be returned in their original packaging and sent via a postal service which has tracking and insurance. A refund will be issued when we have received the frame back in a perfect condition. Any acrylic or mounts ordered with the frame are not returnable as these are custom products. Delivery costs will not be refunded. There will also be a 20% deduction to cover the cost of returning the frame to out supplier

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or your you have a problem with your order you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange a replacement or rectify the problem. After this time has expired we will not replace or refund the order

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at enquiries@framesrus,co.uk  and send your item to: Frames R us, 6H Peel Hall Business Park, Peel Road, Blackpool, FY4 5JX.

Please contact us prior to returning your order.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Frames R us, 6H Peel Hall Business Park, Peel Road, Blackpool, FY4 5JX.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

You need to return your order using a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
