What’s Included with your frame

Custom Made Picture Frames

  • When ordering a custom frame, the website will automatically include clear acrylic glazing as standard, however if you change this to ‘no glazing’ your frame will only be supplied with a backing board and nothing to cover your picture. If you prefer anti-glare glazing this can be added as an optional extra.
  • Frames are supplied with a backing board, flexible bendy tabs, d-rings with two screws and enough cord so that you can hang your frame either portrait or landscape.
  • You will also be supplied with a simple set of instructions on how to fit your picture into the frame.

Box Frames

  • Your frame will be supplied with clear acrylic glazing, backing board and an inner slip/spacer to raise the acrylic off the backing board.
  • Cord and d- rings to hang your frame on the wall
  • Mounts without an aperture to sit your object onto or optional

Floater Frames

  • Floater frames are designed to sit your stretched canvas in, they are suppied without a backing board or any acrylic glazing.
  • Screws will be supplied to fix your canvas into the frame, you need to check that the depth of the screws supplied is suitable for your canvas prior to using them
  • Cord and d rings will be supplied

Swept Picture Frames

  • Swept frames are often used for framing oil paintings or wedding plans which do not require any glazing, therefore the Swept frames are only supplied with a backing board as standard and acrylic glazing is an optional extra.
  • The fittings to hang the frame are included, d-rings with two screws and enough cord so you can hang your frame either portrait or landscape.

Artwork

  • All artwork is available to purchase as a print only with the option to add a mount and or frame.
  • If you select a frame with your artwork, the artwork will be supplied framed and ready to hang on the wall

Optional Extras

  • We highly recommended the brown self-adhesive Kraft tape which seals the back of your frame, covering up the bendy clips and securing the backing board firmly to the frame, giving it extra strength and also a professional finish. The tape is available in a variety of widths; 25mm, 38m, and 50mm
  • Don’t forget your picture hooks to hang your frame on the wall, these are available in two sizes and are sold in packs of ten
  • As standard, the frames are supplied with cord so you can hang your frame on the wall but if you prefer to stand your picture up we sell easel stands. The small one is suitable for frames up to 8 x 6″ and the large stand for frames up to 10 x 8″
