Good company to deal with . I am an artist and need my frames to be spot on for the galleries I show in . I recently bought two largish frames . The wood and profile are fine and the only weakness is perhaps the ultra thin perspex which I think will be subject to scratching over time . I guess its so thin on cost and transport cost grounds - otherwise the grey painted frames look good.

Would give 0/5 if I could. Avoid this company at all cost. The quality of there frames is terrible. Mine arrived damaged and I was offered £11 off an £85 frame. The person I was speaking to on customer service was extremely unfriendly and blunt.Once I accepted the very small discount, the company are now ignoring all my emails and have not refunded me.There are some much better framing companies I have previously used that I would recommend - Easyframe is great!

I recently bought two very large frames from Frames R Us, one of which was for a 2000 piece jigsaw puzzle. The sizes came out exactly as I requested, down to the mm, and the quality is exceptionally high. I couldn't be more pleased with both frames. I had also contacted them prior to my order to enquire about whether the frame depth was great enough for a jigsaw puzzle and they replied very quickly. I will certainly be buying from them again in the future.

Good company to deal with . I am an artist and need my frames to be spot on for the galleries I show in . I recently bought two largish frames . The wood and profile are fine and the only weakness is perhaps the ultra thin perspex which I think will be subject to scratching over time . I guess its so thin on cost and transport cost grounds - otherwise the grey painted frames look good.

Would give 0/5 if I could. Avoid this company at all cost. The quality of there frames is terrible. Mine arrived damaged and I was offered £11 off an £85 frame. The person I was speaking to on customer service was extremely unfriendly and blunt.Once I accepted the very small discount, the company are now ignoring all my emails and have not refunded me.There are some much better framing companies I have previously used that I would recommend - Easyframe is great!

Frame arrived in perfect condition, well packaged, easy to follow instructions and augments to hang it were provided. Quality of frame was great, no problems at all.

I recently bought two very large frames from Frames R Us, one of which was for a 2000 piece jigsaw puzzle. The sizes came out exactly as I requested, down to the mm, and the quality is exceptionally high. I couldn't be more pleased with both frames. I had also contacted them prior to my order to enquire about whether the frame depth was great enough for a jigsaw puzzle and they replied very quickly. I will certainly be buying from them again in the future.
